Help for Credit Account Customers

If you are a church and have a Credit Account you may find the following information helpful when placing orders.

Please note:

  • Credit Account - this is your Charles Farris Credit Account that allows you to pay by invoice
  • Web Account - this is your website login. Your web account remembers addresses and contact details and saves time at the checkout. You can also view order history and order updates

Ordering online for the first time

  • Add items to your basket
  • Go to the Checkout and select "Guest Checkout"
  • Fill in the relevant information including your Charles Farris Account Number on the right-hand side
  • Accept the terms and conditions
  • Continue to the next step which is "Shipping Options"
  • Continue to the next step to "Review Order
  • At the bottom of this page you will be given the option of paying by Invoice or Secure Trading. Select Invoice and continue to the next step

Checkout is now complete and you will see a message giving you the option of setting up a web account with a password. We will also send you an order conformation email.

If you do not see the option to set up a new web account it may mean that you already have a web account and you should be able to log in to see your order history.
 

Ordering online with your Web Account

Once you have a web account you can choose to log in either when you open the website or during the checkout process. 

  • Add items to your basket
  • Go to the Checkout and log in if you haven't already
  • All your details should be pre-filled - please check they are correct
  • Accept the terms and conditions
  • Continue to the next step which is Shipping Options
  • Continue to the next step to Review Order
  • At the bottom of this page you will be given the option of paying by Invoice or Secure Trading. Select Invoice and continue to next step
  • Checkout is now complete and we will send you an order conformation email
